At appoliceexams.com, we are committed to providing a transparent and student-friendly subscription experience. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. ₹5 Verification Refund

• For new users, we collect a ₹5 verification fee through PhonePay/Google Pay only.
• The ₹5 is refunded on the same day to the same payment method used for verification.
• Once verification is complete, users receive 1-day free access to all premium Constable Test Series content.

2. Subscription Plans

For New Users:

• After the 24-hour free trial, a subscription fee of ₹199 will be auto-deducted via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe/Google Pay).
• The ₹199 plan is valid for 3 months, providing uninterrupted access to:
  • All mock tests
  • Previous year question papers
  • Practice sets and premium study materials

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel their subscription anytime directly from the Phone Pay/Google Pay app (or whichever app was used for the ₹5 verification) before the next billing date.
• Once cancelled, no further charges will be deducted.
• Access to premium content will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds on Subscription

• As full access to premium content is provided immediately after subscription activation, the subscription fee (₹199/3 months or ₹199/month) is non-refundable once deducted.
• We strongly encourage all users to utilize the 1-day free trial before continuing with any paid subscription plan.

5. Failed Transactions

• If a payment is deducted but your subscription is not activated, please contact our support team immediately.
• Refunds for such failed transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Trial Usage Disclaimer

• The ₹5 verification refund is a one-time benefit available only for new users.
• Multiple trial activations using the same UPI ID, mobile number, or device may be restricted to prevent misuse.

7. Auto-Debit Consent

• By completing the ₹5 verification, you authorize and consent to enable UPI AutoPay for the selected subscription plan.
• The subscription will continue automatically until cancelled by the user through their UPI app settings.
